Sabbatical Day 4: Perception is possibility

Francisco Sobrino art
A new view for you, Sans titre (1959) by Francisco Sobrino

Francisco Sobrino was a Spanish-born artist behind kinetic art and optical abstraction. Sobrino pursued a disciplined study of perception, contrast, and visual rhythm through precise geometric structure. His black-and-white modulations convert repetition into motion and stillness into vibration. Structure does not constrain creativity. It activates it.

Technology exists to solve problems. Patterns need process to reveal opportunity. Contrast can shift when small technical adjustments alter ways of work is done.

Patterns may not change, but tempo can, and that is where options appear. Less about forcing creativity and more about noticing what becomes possible.

A small change in perception can open opportunity.
